MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS:

I started a trial but now I can't log back in. How do I fix that?

A trial expires when you log out of it, or when you create three lineups. After that, you can use the free version as much as you want, or you can purchase a membership to continue using the member version.

When you purchase a membership, be sure to use the same login email and team name that you used for the trial so that the information from the trial will still be available in your account.

How do I add a second team?

If you are coaching two teams in different seasons, and your membership is still active or you renew it, you can replace the first team with the second just by changing your roster and team name. A second membership is not needed.

But if you are coaching two teams at the same time, then each team requires its own membership. In that case, use the same login email to purchase the second membership. Then, once you have the second team, set its password to be the same for both teams. Then, each time you log in, you'll be asked which team you want to use.

How do I cancel my membership?

There's no need to cancel. There are no ongoing charges and we do not automatically renew your membership.

When does my membership expire?

If you bought your membership during January through July, it will expire at the end of December. If you bought your membership during August through December, it will expire at the end of April of the following year.

What happens when my membership expires?

Once your membership expires, you'll be asked to renew when you log in. You can continue to use your membership immediately when you renew. All of your existing information will still be there.

Can I renew before my membership expires?

To keep our bookkeeping simple, you cannot renew before your membership expires.

How long after my membership expires can I still renew?

We keep your account for a year after it expires. If you don't renew by then, we delete your information and you can no longer renew. To become a member again, you will need to purchase a new membership.


LINEUP QUESTIONS:

What if I want a player to stay at one position for the whole game?

You can do that! Just lock out all the other players from playing that position.

For free lineups, you can do that for pitcher, catcher and first base. With the member version, you can do that for any position.

Note that when you do that, the player will not be rotated onto the bench, since no other player can play that position.

What rules do you follow to keep the rotations fair?

Do you have an app?

Yes. You can download our app from the Apple and Google app stores. Go to our store listings for iPhone or Android, or search for "Baseball Fielding Rotation" in those stores.

Do I have to sign in from the device where I bought the account?

No. Once you have a member account, you can sign in and use it from any browser on your desktop or mobile device, or from our iPhone or Android app.

Can I download my lineups into a spreadsheet program like Excel?

Yes. When you create or retrieve a lineup, there will be a button below the lineup that lets you download a copy of that lineup in .csv format, which can then be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet programs. (The download feature is only available when using a browser on your desktop or mobile device. You cannot download your lineups when using our app.)

Where do I change the lockouts for each player?

The lockouts for the member version are on the team roster screen. You can lock out each player to keep them from being assigned to any position or positions.
